Strategy and Empathy Key Traits for Health Care Worker of the Year

This summer we are highlighting the Health Care Worker of Year nominees. Tara Overmiller, chief strategy officer with Phillips County Health Systems in Phillipsburg is the wizard behind the scenes planning, collaborating, and succeeding. She helped develop new service lines which added to the PCHS bottom line and quickly stepped up to learn the budgeting process when needed offering accuracy and new insights. Her colleagues say her love of her hometown community and can-do attitude makes PCHS excellent.
