Questions and Inquiries

Aging brings many joys: grandchildren, more free time in retirement, and wisdom gained over the decades. But, at the same time, our older years can also bring the loss of loved ones, stresses of age-related health concerns, or diminished self-esteem.

Phillips County Health Systems' Senior Life Solutions program, an intensive outpatient group counseling program, is designed to meet the unique needs of individuals over the age of 65 suffering from depression and anxiety often related to aging.

If you or someone you know suffers from any of the following, this program might be right for you.

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Memory Loss

  • Unresolved grief

  • Difficulty Sleeping

  • Social withdrawal

  • Low self-confidence

  • Loneliness or sadness

  • Deterioration of daily living skills

Our team includes a board-certified psychiatrist, a licensed therapist, a registered nurse, and other professionals that are dedicated to the emotional well-being of those in need. Following a confidential assessment, participants meet three times a week in a supportive, encouraging group setting.

Anyone can make a referral, including individuals, health care professionals, or family members. If you or someone you know may benefit from this program, call us today.
