The Patient and Family Advisory Council (PFAC) at Phillips County Health Systems is a volunteer group made up of patients, family members, and community members who provide valuable feedback based on their personal health care experiences. PFAC works closely with hospital leadership to improve the quality, safety, and compassion of the care we provide.

Since its formation in 2016, PFAC has played a vital role in achieving our organization's mission of "patient-centered excellence" care. Our advisors meet monthly to share their perspectives, participate in planning and discussion groups, and help guide positive changes across the organization.
