Phillips County Health Systems Welcomes New Physical Therapist, Dusty Frasier

Dusty joins our team of expert therapists dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered excellence to the people of Phillips County and surrounding communities. Phillips County Health Systems (PCHS) is pleased to welcome Dusty Frasier, PT, DPT, to the Rehabilitation Department team.

With nearly two decades of experience as a physical therapist, Dusty brings a strong background in rehabilitation and a passion for helping patients improve their health, regain function, and return to the activities they enjoy most.

Originally from Grand Island, Nebraska, Dusty began his healthcare journey at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where he earned his undergraduate degree in Athletic Training. He later attended Colby Community College to become a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) before returning to school to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at the University of Nebraska Medical Center, graduating in 2006.

Throughout his career, Dusty has developed specialized interests in several treatment areas, including manual therapy techniques, concussion rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, and red-light therapy. His diverse clinical experience allows him to provide individualized treatment plans designed to help patients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

In 2018, Dusty, his wife, Kami, and their daughter, Brittyn, relocated to Republican City, Nebraska, where they live and work on the family farm. When he isn't caring for patients, Dustin enjoys spending time with his family, attending his daughter's athletic events, golfing, and staying busy with life on the farm, where they raise miniature donkeys and hair sheep.

Since joining PCHS, Dusty says one of the most rewarding parts of his experience has been becoming part of a team that is deeply committed to serving the community.

"I have enjoyed getting to know all of the great people who work hard to bring the best healthcare to local residents," said Dusty.

PCHS Rehabilitation Services offers comprehensive therapy programs designed to help patients recover from injury, manage chronic conditions, improve mobility, and regain independence. The rehabilitation team provides personalized care through physical, occupational, speech, and cardiac rehabilitation services, ensuring patients receive the support they need close to home.
