Our Cardiac Rehab program is tailored to optimize an individual’s recovery and to stabilize, slow, or even reverse the progression of the underlying causes of heart disease or following a heart attack.
The treatment goals of Cardiac Rehab may include stabilization of cardiac or pulmonary symptoms, medication and oxygen management, and independence in self-care at home and the ability to complete activities of daily living.
For more information about the Cardiac Rehab program, please call our Rehab department at 785-540-4939 or visit with your primary care provider.
