Accepting New Patients

Our Behavioral Health Team, Behavioral Health Consultant, Carmen Engelke, LSCSW, and Clinic Psychiatric Nurse Practioner, Robyn Burwell, PMHNP-C, provide targeted, real-time interventions to address the psychosocial aspects of health care. They work with the patient and develop a well-rounded plan to fit their needs and goals.

Integrated Medical and Behavioral Health Care 

Fear, anxiety, and stress can increase during this time of change and uncertainty - now more than ever it is important to pay attention to your mental health.  By providing services through safe in-person visits, telephone, and telehealth, we are doing everything we can to keep people physically safe while also helping take care of emotional and mental health needs.

How does this service work?

A patient's primary care provider determines that psychosocial factors may be causing the patient's presenting complaints or are adversely impacting response to treatment. During the patient's visit, the primary care provider sets up a meeting with the Behavioral Health Consultant for assessment and intervention, if needed.
