Phillips County Health Systems Achieves Excellence in Patient Satisfaction

Phillips County Health Systems (PCHS) is proud to share the recent achievement of earning an overall Google rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars based on over 120 patient reviews. Two years ago, PCHS launched an initiative to evaluate and implement processes to improve the quality of patients’ experiences. At this point, our mission statement “Patient-Center Excellence” was developed.

Two years ago, PCHS launched an initiative to evaluate and implement processes to improve the quality of patients’ experiences. At this point, our mission statement “Patient-Center Excellence” was developed.

Google ratings and reviews are valuable and are highly accessible to the public. They provide real community and patient comments and scores. It allows prospective patients and caretakers to choose healthcare providers and facilities based on other individuals’ experiences. In addition to encouraging the community to share reviews and ratings, PCHS has expanded patient services and additional forms of contact to better understand what we are doing well and ways in which we can improve.

From friendly faces and warm greetings in the halls to the quality care they receive in our facility, attending to patient concerns and questions, every interaction is an opportunity for us to exemplify our mission of providing “Patient-Centered Excellence,” Jennifer Dodds, Chief Experience Officer, stated. “These actions and encounters have given PCHS hundreds of positive patient comments over the last couple of years and it is time to take a moment to reflect and celebrate the progress we have made together.”

Phillips County Health Systems will continue raising the bar and reaching for the stars as the top-rated hospital and clinic in patient satisfaction in North Central Kansas as of Nov. 2022.
