Our Registration team is looking for a dynamic, customer-service oriented person to join their team.

 

The Registration Clerk position available is part-time and will primarily be out of the Phillips County Medical Clinic.

 

As a Registration Clerk, you are often the first and last impression for our patients and play a crucial role in providing patient-centered excellence in care. You will be greeting patients/visitors/caregivers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and checking patients in and out for appointments.

 

The schedule is primarily Monday - Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. There would also be a need to rotate through our evening clinic coverage from 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
