Organization Development Director

The Director will be responsible for team development, fundraising, and project
development. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated record in developing
and sustaining relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and donors.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Staff Development: Recruiting: Develop and execute a recruitment plan including career fairs and developing relationships with

area schools. Successfully onboard new employees through a welcoming and thorough orientation and

mentorship program. Training programs development, employee retention, employee engagement

internship, and apprenticeship programs

• Hospital Foundation: Develop and manage the hospital foundation, including developing
strategies to raise funds, and oversee donor campaigns, and community development
activities. Advise donors on estate planning and provide guidance on charitable giving
opportunities. (Training and assistance from a consultant group on capital campaign
fundraising and foundation development will be provided.)
• Project Development: Create project plans, develop timelines and action plans, and
monitor progress to ensure successful implementation and completion of the project.
Communicate with team members and management to ensure needs are met and
updates are being provided in a timely manner.​
