This system allows a senior or medically challenged individual to live at home while being able to contact the outside world at the touch of a button. Affordable and easy to install, the system consists of a small call button, which can be worn as a watch or necklace.
Pressing the button from anywhere around the home activates a communication unit, which triggers an alert at the response center. The attendant at the response center is immediately presented with the emergency information on the individual. Immediate action will be taken to the individual’s needs and the attendant will follow up to ensure that the subscriber has received the proper assistance.
Lifeline with AutoAlert
Our AutoAlert option also enables you to push the pendant-style button for help at any time. In addition, AutoAlert provides an added layer of protection by automatically placing a call for help if a fall is detected and you can’t push your button because you are disoriented, immobilized, or unconscious.
This enhanced service option can provide even greater peace of mind and confidence. Lifeline is the ONLY medical alert service provider that integrates this capability into a pendant-style Help Button.
