Human Resources Manager

Phillips County Health Systems is seeking a high-energy and outgoing individual for our full-time Human Resources Manager position.

Job Description:

Our human resources services include but are not limited to; talent acquisition, staffing, training and development, employee relations, recruiting, and retention. This position Requires public relations: including public speaking, job fairs, representing PCHS, and networking for recruitment. Also, ensures employees follow all policies and procedures.

Skills and Education:

  • Experience 1 year of Human Resources preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred

  • Computer skills with Microsoft; PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and the ability to learn new computer software.
