Senior Life Solutions, a department within Phillips County Hospital, is accepting applications for an Office and Patient Coordinator.

Senior Life Solutions is an intensive outpatient psychiatric program designed to meet the needs of adults over the age of 65 who are struggling with issues such as depression or anxiety that can often be related to aging. The patient is offered services by an interdisciplinary team of caring, experienced, behavioral health professionals, which includes a board-certified psychiatrist, licensed therapist, and registered nurse.

The office and patient coordinator’s responsibilities include: assisting with insurance verification and billing procedures, providing clerical support to team members, assisting with patient care, and ensuring transportation is safely provided to patients. The office and patient coordinator contributes to positive team dynamics and excellent customer service. Licensure and Certification: CNA, MA or LPN preferred but not required.

Job Expectations: Performing accurate clerical duties and working with computer applications/electronic medical records, participating in marketing and community events, interacting with older adults, ability to become familiar with medical terminology and medical team roles, comfort in transporting patients when needed in a provided vehicle.

This is a full-time day position.
