Phillips County Health Systems is a rural Kansas 25-bed Critical Access Hospital and Rural Health Clinic.

We are is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and strategic leader as its Chief Executive Officer to join the management team. This position will ensure the delivery of compassionate and high-quality patient care, assess programs and operations, collaborate with the financial team to achieve financial targets, actively seek revenue enhancement and/or cost reductions, and build a strategic plan for the future that is both responsive to the healthcare needs of the community and in line with the organization's mission and values.
