6p-6a Charge RN Full Time every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation.  RECRUITMENT BONUS AVAILABLE!  Experience as a Registered Nurse is required.  The Charge Nurse will work with acute, skilled, and intermediate levels of patient care. The Charge Nurse manages, organizes and administers nursing care for patients of all ages under the supervision of a Provider. Strong applicants will have excellent communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and patient education skills. The applicant should have the ability to work in a team environment. The Charge Nurse will adhere to the values of PCHS by exhibiting teamwork, communication, accountability, commitment, customer service, professionalism, as well as meeting safety and quality standards. The Charge Nurse reports directly to the Chief Nursing Officer. Certification requirements include a current Registered Nurse license for the State of Kansas, BLS, ACLS, and PALS. TNCC and NRP are required within 6 months of hire. Excellent pension package available.
